1. IV Therapy Benefit

• The membership includes one (1) NAD+ IV infusion (500 mg) per month OR
  two (2) regular IV infusions per month, each with a value of up to $215 USD.
• If a member chooses a regular IV infusion costing more than $215 USD, the member will pay the difference between $215 USD and the total IV price, and a 20% discount will be applied to this difference.
• When selecting the two (2) regular IV infusions option, one (1) add-on is included with each IV infusion, for a total of two (2) add-ons per month.
• The $215 credit applies only to IV infusions. No add-ons or other services are included, except as specifically outlined above.
• Members receive a 20% discount on additional services, including:
  • Extra IV infusions
  • Add-ons
  • IM infusions
  • Individual Red Light Therapy sessions
  • Infrared Thermography Body Scans.

Membership Exclusions

• The following therapies and packages are not included in membership benefits:
  • Regenerative therapies (Stem Cells, Exosomes, Secretomes)
  • Unlimited Red Light Therapy monthly package
  • Mobile Service Fee

2. Included Wellness Perks

Upon enrollment, members receive one (1) FREE Infrared Thermography Body Scan as part of their membership perks.
Additionally, each month the membership includes:

• One (1) FREE B12 shot or Glutathione shot, according to the member’s choice.
• Two (2) complimentary Full Body Red Light Therapy sessions per month
• FREE Targeted Red Light Therapy during each visit, subject to availability

3. Transferability

• Only IV infusions included in the membership are fully transferable.
• Members may gift or transfer only their monthly IV infusion to another person at any time.
• This transferred value is capped at a $215 value for IV Infusions only, Add-ons or other services will be paid at full price.

4. Loyalty Rewards

• After completing six (6) consecutive months of membership, members receive a 50% discount on our signature Oceans IV infusion or 250mg NAD IV
• Upon completing one (1) full year of membership, members are eligible for one complimentary IV infusion, choosing between Oceans IV or a 250mg NAD IV.
• The 6-month and 1-year loyalty rewards have a validity period of three (3) months from the date they are issued.
• If the member does not redeem their reward within this three-month period, the award will expire and cannot be redeemed afterward.

5. IV Credit Rollover

• If a member does not redeem their monthly IV infusion, the credit will roll over for up to three (3) months.
• Any unused IV credits older than three (3) months will expire, and the member will forfeit those monthly IV Infusions.
• Only the unused monthly IV infusion may roll over and remain active for up to three (3) months. Any other membership benefit —such as injections, discounts, or perks— that is not used within the corresponding month will be considered forfeited by the member and cannot be rolled over, transferred, or used in future months.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their membership after completing the first three (3) months from the enrollment date.
• If a member has unused IV credits from previous months, those credits will be honored only if they are not older than three (3) months.
• These credits will be applied at a value of $165 USD per IV, rather than the full $215 USD IV value.
• To cancel, members must submit their request via email, phone call, or in person, and the request must be made at least three (3) days prior to their billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
• Upon cancellation, members immediately forfeit all membership benefits, including discounts, perks, and loyalty rewards.
• It is recommended that members submit their cancellation request three (3) days prior to their billing date to ensure they can fully use any remaining benefits.
